Return & Replacement Policy:
Customers are eligible to request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

Unused and Original Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

Intact Packaging: The product’s packaging or seal must be unbroken. Please do not accept delivery if the package appears tampered with.

Non-returnable Items: Items marked as non-returnable on the product detail page are not eligible for return.

Temperature-Sensitive Goods: Items such as insulins, vaccines, or other refrigerated and heat-sensitive products are non-returnable.

Damaged/Incorrect Products: If the delivered product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, and meets the above criteria, customers can request a return by contacting our customer service within 7 days of delivery.

Replacement Timeline: Once an issue is reported, replacement delivery will occur within 24 to 48 hours inside Dhaka, and 5 to 7 days outside Dhaka, approximately.


Refund Policy:
Refunds can be requested for the following reasons:

Damaged or Incorrect Products: If the product is delivered damaged, defective, incorrectly priced, wrong, or incomplete.

Processing Time: Eligible refunds will be processed within 1 to 7 working days. In rare or exceptional cases, processing may take longer.

Missing Items: If an item is missing from a paid order, an instant refund will be issued upon verification. For other cases, refunds will be initiated once the returned product is received by amadershopping.com.

Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the customer’s amadershopping.com wallet. Customers may then withdraw the amount using their preferred payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, withdrawals are available only through bKash.


Claim Policy:
To claim a return, replacement, or refund, customers must provide an unboxing video as evidence.
